Preparation:

If you have previously completed 1:1 coaching with Vicki you may have worked through the 5 sections of the check-in.

If this is your first time using these resources there will be 1-3 hours of preparation work.  All future check-ins build off of your initial completion of the resources.  Don't worry if you have not fully completed them all before your first check-in.

Getting started (even if that's just attending our live call) is more important than completing everything perfectly!
