1° Conscious Leadership Academy

COMING IN 2024  

The 1° Conscious Leadership Academy will launch in 2024.

Level 1 - Emerging Leaders

• This will be a 9 months Hybrid Online Leadership Experience tailored for Leaders being promoted (or already promoted) from Individual Contributor role to their first management role.
• Key areas of Focus will be: Emotional Intelligence, Mindset Mastery, Communication, Confidence, and Finding Balance Through Transitions.
• Other skills addressed: time management, delegation, performance review conversations, the 4-step communication framework.

Level 2 - Leader of Leaders

• This will be a 9 months Hybrid Online Leadership Experience tailored for Leaders being promoted (or already promoted) from manager role to leader of leaders role.
• Key Advanced areas of Focus will be: Emotional Intelligence, Mindset Mastery, Communication, Confidence, and Finding Balance Through Transitions.
• Other Advanced skills addressed: Visioning, Situational Leadership, When to Lead and When to Collaborate, Metrics to Lead by, Accountability.
